DAY 1 - Monday, September 16

4:00 pm: Arrive at the historic Murray Hotel, which Anthony Bourdain ranked in his top 10 for hotels around the country.

6:00pm: Transportation to Zac’s Montana Kitchen

6:30 pm:Welcome locavore dinner with Chef Zac Kellerman and Katabatic Brewery, pairing speciality Montana Bourbon cocktail, local craft beers, ciders & wine.

Guest speaker from the Western Sustainability Exchange to talk about Regenerative Agriculture and Carbon Capture.

Transportation back to hotel after dinner.

DAY 2 - Tuesday, September 17

7:00am Exclusive locals breakfast at the Tru North Cafe in Livingston with Montana local products.

Head to Yellowstone Valley Lodge where you will be staying that night. to meet fishing outfit.

8:30am Fly fishing on the Yellowstone River with Montana Fly Fishing Guides.

Noon Scenic catered BBQ lunch courtesy of Chef Zac Kellerman on the river bank.

4:00pm Check into hotel.

Free evening to spend as you want with local restaurant suggestions.

DAY 3 - Wednesday, September 18

7:00am Check out of hotel and drive to Yellowstone Park with breakfast suggestions on the way.

8:30am Meet Yellowstone Rough Riders in North Yellowstone Parking lot for a day of riding in the park.

Noon. Local charcuterie lunch in the park.

3:00pm Finish riding and explore Mammoth Hot Springs on your own.

4:00pm Check into Yellowstone Tipis in Gardiner.

6:30pm Dinner on site with Chef Zac Kellerman.

DAY 4 - Thursday, September 19

6:30am Early wildlife day in Yellowstone Park with Nathan Varley, the wolf tracker. Continental breakfast and transportation provided.

1:00pm Back to Yellowstone Tipis

6:00pm Head up to see the bears up close at the Anderson Ranch in Tom Miner Basin. Transportation provided there and back.

7:30pm Dinner at the ranch with Chef Oscar Yip.

Back to the Yellowstone Tipis.

DAY 5 - Friday, September 20

9:00am Check out and breakfast at Sagebrush & Savages food truck.

11:00am Barney Creek Ranch for walk and talk and move the cows.

Noon Drive to Bozeman and enjoy an afternoon in the city.

4:00pm Check into the Lark Downtown.

7:00pm Interactive cooking experience and wine pairing at Greg’s Montana Kitchen.
